50% Refund excluding bank transaction charges and GST

Cancellation received until 10^th July 2024 :
25% Refund excluding bank transaction charges and GST

Cancellation received from 1^st July 2024 onwards :
No Refunds

Refunds will be processed after

Conference registration is mandatory for attending the workshop

Registration is available on a first come- first serve basis, with only 30 seats available per workshop.

Last date to register for the workshop: 15 august 2024

One delegate can register for one workshop only

The seats are limited in number and will be allotted on a first come first serve basis

Workshop fee includes: working lunch & folder etc.

Date & time of workshop: 26th September 2024 - 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Registration is mandatory for Abstract Submission, Poster Presentation, Invited Faculty, Chairpersons & all Committee Members

For Post Graduate registration, a bonafide certificate from the Head of the Department/Institution is mandatory

Registration is non-transferable

Please mention your registration number in all transactions

In case of Payment Transaction Failure, the delegate will be responsible and not the organizing committee

The decision of the Organising Committee will be considered final. The organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference.

No Medical Insurance & Mediclaim will be provided by the conference.

For legal purposes, the Jurisdiction area is in Chennai.

For spot registrations, a Delegate kit will not be provided (Subject to availability)

The Organiser will not be held responsible for any change in the dates of the conference postponed/ or is held in a virtual format in virtual mode because of an act of God or unavoidable circumstances like resurgence of COVID -19 cases. Any decision regarding change, will be taken after due consultation with the organising National Governing Body of ISTM.
