Therapeutic Apheresis & Cellular Therapies
These include abstracts related to the various apheresis procedures, clinical applications, technical challenges, modifications, including Stem cell collections, storage, tissue banking, cord blood collection, processing, storage and release of varied products and other related topics.
Blood Components
These include abstracts related to Blood processing, blood components, their storage and release, post production processing variations, plasma derived products, Pathogen inactivation , medical products of human origin, novel blood products/components and related topics .
Blood Donors and Blood Donation
These include abstracts related to blood donor recruitment and retention, Blood donor health, Blood collection including apheresis, Donor adverse events, public health research related to donors and allied topics
Clinical Transfusion Practice, Patient Blood Management & Patient Safety
These include abstracts related to transfusion practice in different clinical scenarios such as Neonatal and paediatric populations, the intensive care setting, massive haemorrhage the obstetric scenario, transfusion and transplants, patient blood management and more. It will also include topics related to Therapeutic apheresis, adverse transfusion events, patient safety enhancing initiatives, clinical- lab interfacing initiatives and allied topics.
